DROP-OFF & FREE PRE-SALE INFORMATION
DROP-OFF *This is for consignors who have signed-up with JBF North Idaho and have a consignor number. - Allow for 45-60 minutes
- Sort items according to gender and size for speedy hanging.
- Double check items before inspection. Be sure tags, hangers and items will clear JBF inspection. JBF has the final say on all accetable items.
- You will be asked to put all acceptable items out on the sales floor
- You will be asked to sign a consignor waiver.
- Lines are longer on Thursday night.
- Only consignors who drop-off acceptable items will be put on our free pre-sale list.
- PICK-UP ---REMEMBER: if you DO NOT wish to have your unsold items donated you will need to pick them up on Sunday, October 18th between 7:00pm-8:00pm. Items WILL BE SORTED for your convienence! There will be a check-out process please be allow 30 minutes for check-out. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE DONATED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PRE-SALES
Volunteers We will have two levels for volunteers: 6 hour presale shift breakdown and 8 hour volunteers shop first and 3 & 4 hour volunteers shop second. You should receive you pass in the mail a few days before the event. You must be signed up as a volunteer to get your pass. Workers cannot bring guests. One adult per pass. You will be on a presale list for the half price presale on Saturday night.
CONSIGNORS Consignors will get their pass when they drop off their items. Presale Passes are on a list at the pre-sale. Every consignor can bring one guest. You will be on a list for the Saturday night half price presale.
FIRST TIME MOMMIES Mommies must register online to be included in this pre-sale. This category includes all moms who are having or have their first baby within 12 months of the sale and have not already participated as a first time mom at our JBF events. You will get a pass emailed to you a couple days before the event. You may bring one guest with you.
